If you're WONDERING something, hopefully we've got it covered here. If not, just drop us an email with your QUERY and we'll get BACK to you with an ANSWER - easy as pie! 

Do you offer gift wrapping and a gift tag?

Yes and it's all included! We lovingly wrap your orders as standard, so they look beautiful - therefore there's no need for you to wrap it. Especially handy for if you are sending it DIRECT as a gift! We can also hand write a cute Gift Tag for that personal touch, with a short message (fill out the Gift Tag Text Box on the Cart Page). 

What happens once I place my order?

Your personalised print or papercut will be designed and a PROOF (PREVIEW of the design) in JPG image format, will be emailed to you - usually within 48 hours. Then we'll wait to hear back from you (you just need to check it over and email us back straight away, giving us the thumbs up that it's approved). Once we've got your approval, it'll be printed/cut and lovingly wrapped and packaged. Once the courier collects it (the next day), we'll email you and provide tracking details.

What do your frames looks like

You'll see our frames used and photographed for all of our papercut products - here's an example. They're available in black or white and the dimensions are provided within each product (in the DIMENSIONS) section. 

Do you make everything in your studio or outsource?

Yes, we are proud that we produce EVERYTHING in our little beach studio. Designing, printing, laser cutting and packaging all of your personalised products! Whilst drinking copious amounts of T2 tea in various flavours (Terrific Toffee is a favourite)!

I've seen a design I love but want to tweak something slightly, can I do that?

Sure, why not! We're here to give you something you'll love, so if the font isn't quite right or you want to remove or add something - we can do it. Just drop us an email and we'll get back to you. There'll be a small charge, depending on time involved, we'll let you know the cost when we know what you'd like - and you can go decide.

I'm in a rush, can I get my order delivered ASAP?

Absolutely - we can send your order using Express Post and put it to the front of the design queue in our studio, so you'll get it as fast as possible. A $15 charge applies for this service. See Delivery for more information.

Is the print the same colour as I see on screen?

Like all colours on screen, they make be slightly different to the printed item, as screens are different and show slightly different shades of colour. Sometimes colours aren't quite as bright as they appear on screen. 

Do you share my details with anyone else?

No, we will never share your personal information with anyone else. If you join our subscription list, we keep any information to ourselves and just use it to email you when we've got something we think you'd love - like discounts, blogs or a special promotions.

Can you tell me about donating to One Tree Planted?

With paper being our main source and being evironmentally conscious, we wanted to at least replenish what we use. With the recent Australian Bushifire devastation, we thought what better way but to support the reforestation of those destroyed areas. Helping our beautiful, unique Australia wildlife - like koalas, kangaroos, wombats - giving them back their homes and food source. We give a percentage of our sales twice a year, so the more you buy, the more we give. If you're interested in donating too, it's $1 a tree - here's their website link. 

How can I get a discount code or free artwork?

Two ways! Pop your name on the subscription list (entry box at the bottom) and when we have a discount promotion on, we'll send you an email. Other ways are when you've received your Belle & Eve artwork: 

1. Do an Instagram or Facebook post with you showing it off, tag us in AND use tag #belleandevegifts.

2. Write Facebook review on our Facebook Page.

Each post/review is an ENTRY and we draw a winner EVERY month - with the prizes being discounts or products.

Can I get a refund or return my item?

As all items are personalised and made to order, therefore they cannot be returned unless there was a mistake made by us. In which case, we will of course, replace the item and courier over.

If an item gets damaged during transit, we will of course replace it for you. Email hello@belleandeve.com.au with a photograph and details of any damage and we'll sort out a replacement. 

How do I see the prices in my currency?

Just go to the top right hand corner of the screen and you'll see the currency box (it will have 'AUD' in it) - just click on the box and select your currency. All of the prices will automatically update to your selected currency. NB All orders will be processed in AUD, using the most current exchange rate. Important - we can ONLY deliver UNFRAMED prints and papercuts if you're outside of Australia.

How can I pay?

You can pay securely with a credit card or using Paypal. Both methods are completely secure using online payment processors. 

Can I use your images? What's your copyright policy?

All designs and images within the designs, are copyright of Belle & Eve Gifts. If you wish to use any, please contact us on hello@belleandeve.com.au. Copyright is not transferable on sale of print. All design and content of this website remains subject to copyright and may not be reproduced without prior consent in writing.
